Enter the strange and bizarre universe of a wild balloon tamer where surreal and stupid things happen. Combining circus and comedy, performer and clown Danny Schlesinger creates an utterly joyous experience loaded with participation, surprises and laughs.

Lighter Than Air has been Directed by Bob Pearce, with Directorial Advice from Avner Eisenberg (Avner the Eccentric). It is presented by Pleasance and Circo Ridiculoso.

Show length: 50mins approx
Space: 6 X 6 m X 4 m height
Lighting: Basic lighting required. Lights to see the audience during the show (house lights are fine). A blackout facility.
Sound: CD player
Special notes: No lights above performance space; No air flow during the show; small tank of helium gas in back stage area;
a naked flame (hand held lighter to burn balloon)
Get in time: 2.5 hours est
Get out time: 1.5 hours est
A technician to operate sound & lights during the show.
Show Suitcase weight for flights: 30kg
Venues outside the UK mainland will have to provide Helium Gas.
